Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Research & Development to lead our innovation initiatives in Matabeleland North Province, Zimbabwe. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall R&D strategy in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of researchers, scientists, and engineers.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient delivery of objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, methodologies, and partnerships.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
