Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s overall business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing R&D team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the entire R&D project portfolio, from conceptualization and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
- Manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance product development and process efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong intellectual property practices, including patent applications and trade secret protection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs into product launches.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt R&D initiatives.

Required Skills
- Proven leadership experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
