This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for our R&D initiatives, ensuring they align with our long-term business goals and market needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for R&D, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of researchers, scientists, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the entire R&D project portfolio, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and adherence to budget.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and scientific advancements relevant to our industry.
- Drive the ideation, prototyping, and testing of novel concepts, algorithms, and product features.
- Establish and maintain robust R&D processes, including intellectual property management and quality assurance.

- Represent Career.zycto at industry conferences, publishing research findings, and engaging with external innovation ecosystems.
- Monitor competitive R&D activities and market demands to ensure our innovation strategy remains ahead of the curve.
Required Skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a director-level position.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products or technologies to market.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and software development methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
