Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term R&D strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and conceptualization through research, prototyping, testing, and successful launch.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and project timelines effectively to ensure efficient allocation and timely completion of initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, research methodologies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish and maintain strong intellectual property portfolios, ensuring protection of company innovations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and commercialization of R&D outputs.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Present R&D progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Skills
