Career.zycto is seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Director of Research & Development to lead our innovation efforts in Gokwe, Midlands Province. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of R&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle, from ideation to successful technology transfer to commercialization.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, research opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the R&D budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and intellectual property protection.

Required Skills

- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex R&D projects from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property management and regulatory compliance in relevant industries.
