Sefapanong Lodge & Conference Centre is actively seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our vibrant kitchen team in Ha Sekake, Qacha’s Nek. Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and work surfaces.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or sorting ingredients.
- Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
- Monitor dishwashing machine temperatures and chemical levels to ensure proper sanitation.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with lodge policies.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Support other kitchen staff with various duties to ensure smooth service operations.
