Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and energetic Dishwasher to join our vibrant kitchen team at our establishment located in Stanley, Rose Hill. This is an essential role within our culinary operations, directly contributing to the efficiency, cleanliness, and overall success of our kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are immaculately clean and readily available for our chefs and service staff. Your dedication to maintaining a hygienic and organized workspace will be paramount, as you will be operating commercial dishwashing equipment, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and shelving.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, and sanitizers.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as directed by the kitchen management.
- Adhere to all local health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
Required Skills
