Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
- Hand wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment too large or delicate for the machine.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station and overall kitchen area.
- Ensure proper drying and storage of all washed items.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
