Key Responsibilities
- Assist dispatchers with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating drivers and vehicles.
- Monitor real-time shipment progress and update systems with accurate information.
- Respond to driver inquiries and resolve minor operational issues during the night shift.
- Prepare and organize daily dispatch paperwork, including manifests, bills of lading, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant departments.
- Utilize dispatch software and other technological tools for efficient operations.
- Document and report any incidents, delays, or issues encountered during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and transportation regulations.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as required to support night operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by being a reliable and engaged team member.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Bramalea, Brampton location for night shifts.
