Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
- Participate in the picking and packing of orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering strictly to company safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and coordination with dispatch.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and problem resolution.
- Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
- Learn and apply company procedures for handling various types of products and materials.
Required Skills
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory checks.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 20 kg regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
