Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and accurately store incoming materials and products.
- Carefully pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to precise order specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through meticulous scanning and data entry into our systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training will be provided as needed).
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and diligently reconcile any discrepancies found.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and consistently meet daily operational targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) regularly and safely.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and navigating inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment (even internships or part-time roles).
