Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Safely and efficiently move merchandise within the distribution centre, utilizing appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate various warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner after receiving proper training.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
