Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and prepare merchandise for loading and dispatch.
- Efficiently load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Verify product counts against manifests and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate basic material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed, with proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the loading dock and warehouse areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and guidelines during all tasks.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and distribution operations.
