Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately logged, stored, and retrieved.
  • Assist in the preparation, distribution, and archiving of project-related and operational documents.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to established company procedures, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support project teams by providing timely access to necessary documentation and maintaining document registers.
  • Conduct regular audits of physical and electronic documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, and binding documents as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient document flow and information sharing.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to document control processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
