Key Responsibilities
- Prepare various types of documents (e.g., invoices, reports, contracts) for scanning, including removing staples, paper clips, and organizing pages.
- Operate and maintain high-speed document scanners, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting minor issues as they arise.
- Perform quality assurance checks on scanned images to verify legibility, completeness, and accuracy.
- Index and categorize digital documents according to established naming conventions and filing systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information handled during the scanning process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular maintenance of scanning equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or significant document discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist with other administrative and data entry tasks as required to support overall office operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
