Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with dignity and respect.
- Support clients with medication management, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules and proper documentation.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, assisting with feeding as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Assist with light household duties, such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques safely.
- Accurately document care provided, observations, and any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care management team.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Travel between client homes in the Altrincham area efficiently and reliably.
Required Skills
