Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of various donut types, glazes, and toppings following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, mixers, and other tools (with training provided).
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, front counter, dining area, and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Stock and arrange display cases with fresh donuts and other baked goods.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock.
