Key Responsibilities
- Assist drilling crew with the setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment and machinery on various job sites.
- Perform general labour duties, including moving materials, digging trenches, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Load and unload drill pipe, casing, drilling fluids, and other materials required for drilling operations.
- Monitor drilling fluid levels and assist with the mixing and circulation of drilling muds.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of tools and equipment under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Assist with the collection and labeling of soil, rock, and water samples as directed.
- Support the driller in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing field repairs.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation of work performed.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a strong safety culture within the team.

- CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery (certification preferred).
