Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently via the drive-thru intercom.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing (cash, card, mobile).
- Handle cash and ensure correct change is provided; reconcile till at the end of shifts.
- Verify order accuracy before presenting to customers, ensuring all items are included.
- Process and deliver orders quickly, maintaining a high level of speed and service during peak times.
- Answer customer questions about menu items, promotions, and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru window area, lobby, and restrooms as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Address customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating complex situations when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in German to interact clearly with customers.
