Career.zycto is proud to partner with a distinguished private household in the serene Red Hills, Kingston area, seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Private Household Driver. This unique opportunity is for a highly reliable and professional individual committed to providing safe, timely, and discreet transportation services. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the household, responsible for managing all driving-related duties for the principals and their family members, as well as overseeing vehicle maintenance and ensuring optimal operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for principals, family members, and guests as required.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and immaculate condition of all assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Oversee routine vehicle maintenance, including scheduling services, tire checks, oil changes, and necessary repairs.
- Keep accurate logbooks of journeys, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and other items.
- Perform errands and deliveries as requested by the principals.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding family matters and travel details.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation (registration, insurance) is current and accessible.
- Be available for scheduled and unscheduled driving needs, including evenings and weekends, within reasonable limits.
Required Skills
- Valid Jamaican Driver's License (General or Class C/D)
- Clean driving record with no accidents or major infractions
- Proven experience as a private driver or chauffeur
- Excellent knowledge of Kingston and surrounding areas, particularly Red Hills
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to operate a variety of luxury vehicles
- Physical fitness to assist with luggage and other manual tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Defensive driving certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience with security protocols in private households
- Basic mechanical knowledge beyond routine checks
- References from previous private household employers
