Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate collection of biological specimens (urine, hair, saliva) from donors following established protocols.
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody for all specimens, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Verify donor identity using proper identification methods.
- Explain collection procedures clearly and respectfully to donors, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Complete all required paperwork and electronic data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare collected specimens for shipment to the designated laboratory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure collection site, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and DOT guidelines.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Manage inventory of collection supplies and notify management of restocking needs.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in following procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
