Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon embarkation and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about onboard facilities, activities, and shore excursions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the execution of daily onboard entertainment, recreational activities, and special events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as guest registration, managing reservations for services, and updating passenger information.
- Actively promote onboard services, amenities, and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding destinations, itineraries, and cruise line offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, entertainment) to ensure seamless guest service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures, assisting guests as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, travel, or retail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
