Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including corporate meetings, workshops, client functions, and community initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring all activities are within scope and financial parameters.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, caterers, venues, and other service providers to secure high-quality services at competitive rates.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, technical requirements, registration, and on-site management.
- Implement and maintain professional organizational systems for office spaces, documentation, and digital assets to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of future events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to understand event objectives and integrate branding and messaging effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning and professional organization.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong budget management and negotiation abilities.
