National Foods Limited is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Inventory Synchronization Assistant to join our growing remote team. As our E-commerce Inventory Synchronization Assistant, you will be the guardian of our digital stock, responsible for monitoring, updating, and reconciling inventory data to prevent discrepancies and optimize product availability for our online customers. Your work will involve utilizing various e-commerce platform backends and internal inventory management systems, ensuring that our online storefronts always reflect the most current and accurate stock levels. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular audits and reconciliations of inventory data between physical stock records and digital platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot inventory synchronization errors, working closely with IT and platform support teams to implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics departments to track incoming shipments, outgoing orders, and stock adjustments, ensuring accurate digital representation.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on inventory status, stock movement, sales trends, and potential stock-out risks to inform procurement and sales strategies.
  • Assist in the forecasting of product demand and reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overselling or underselling.
  • Ensure all product listings on e-commerce platforms accurately reflect available quantities, product variants, and other relevant inventory attributes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of inventory synchronization processes and best practices.
  • Provide support for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and special sales events by ensuring timely and accurate inventory updates.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and their inventory management functionalities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation.
