Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sandyknowes, Belfast. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy, rich content, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC) to drive sales and engagement.
  • Oversee inventory levels, stock forecasting, and collaborate with procurement to prevent stockouts.
  • Process online orders efficiently, manage returns/exchanges, and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to optimize shipping processes and resolve delivery issues.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all e-commerce regulations and data privacy policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an E-commerce Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
