Key Responsibilities
- Assist instructional designers and content creators in the development and revision of e-learning modules, courses, and educational materials.
- Edit and proofread course content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and pedagogical best practices.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including images, videos, audio files, and documents, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Support the upload, configuration, and testing of course content within various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Cornerstone.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on new and existing e-learning content to identify and resolve technical glitches, broken links, and content inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate feedback, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our e-learning content development process.
- Provide administrative support for e-learning projects, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking project progress.
- Assist in creating supplementary learning materials, such as job aids, quick reference guides, and interactive exercises.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning, instructional design, and digital content creation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content creation, editing, or administration, preferably within an e-learning or educational context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionalities.
