Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to transform raw content into compelling learning experiences.
- Create multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance learning content.
- Implement and test e-learning modules within Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
- Ensure all e-learning content adheres to SCORM/xAPI standards for tracking and reporting.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshooting to ensure functionality, accessibility, and user experience.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, adhering to flexible work schedules.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.
- Provide technical support and guidance for e-learning platforms and content.
- Iterate on course materials based on feedback and analytics to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360)
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
