Your expertise in multimedia development, including video editing, graphic design, and animation, will bring our learning modules to life. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accessibility standards (WCAG) are met, and that all content is responsive and performs flawlessly across various devices and learning management systems (LMS).
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with our team of instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate content into interactive learning experiences.
- Integrate multimedia elements (video, audio, graphics, animations) to enhance learning content and user engagement.
- Ensure all e-learning content meets accessibility standards (WCAG) and is responsive across various devices and platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance of developed modules before deployment to guarantee functionality and accuracy.
- Manage and update e-learning courses within various Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring smooth operation.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging e-learning technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve our offerings.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience with multimedia development (video editing, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accessible content.
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for advanced e-learning interactions.
