Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and assistance to e-learning users (students and instructors) via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to LMS access, course content, assignment submissions, and multimedia playback.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and enrollment queries.
- Monitor e-learning platforms for performance issues and escalate complex technical problems to senior support or IT teams.
- Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and user guides to empower self-service.
- Collaborate with content developers and instructors to ensure smooth content delivery and accessibility.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in IT, Education, or a related field is a plus.
