Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize all aspects of the e-commerce website, including product listings, content, user experience, and conversion funnels.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to maximize online visibility and traffic.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with inventory management and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Implement and manage e-commerce analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on results.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for all e-commerce activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant e-commerce regulations and data privacy policies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in an E-commerce Manager or similar senior role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email).
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to new cultural and business environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
