Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive editorial strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of editors, writers, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the entire content production process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Define and maintain editorial standards, style guides, and best practices for all published content.
  • Approve final content for publication across various channels, including digital platforms, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content strategy supports broader business goals.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze data, and leverage insights to continuously improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in content creation and distribution.
  • Manage editorial budgets and resources effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events and engage with external stakeholders as an editorial thought leader.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in an editorial leadership role, with at least 3 years as Editor-in-Chief or similar senior position.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an impeccable command of English grammar and style.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of motivating and developing creative talent.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
