Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and proactive Education Admin Support professional to join our team in Pundanhar, Palma, on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student enrollments, attendance, and academic progress.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of classes, workshops, and educational events.
  • Prepare and distribute educational materials, including syllabi, handouts, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries from students, parents, and staff.
  • Support the administrative needs of educators, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses related to educational programs.
  • Ensure the educational facility is tidy, organized, and conducive to learning.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including taking minutes and distributing agendas.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
