Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of educational programs and workshops.
  • Manage participant registration, inquiries, and communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for programs, including scheduling rooms, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate program records, databases, and participant information.
  • Support program instructors and facilitators with necessary resources and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute program materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Assist in the promotion and outreach of educational initiatives to the community.
  • Gather and organize feedback from participants and contribute to program evaluation efforts.
