Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Officer with a strong focus on planning and development to join our dedicated team in St Jean, Quatre Bornes. As an Education Officer, you will lead efforts in conducting thorough needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and emerging educational trends. You will then translate these insights into actionable plans, developing innovative learning solutions that cater to diverse audiences, from corporate training modules to community-based educational initiatives. Your expertise will cover the entire program lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed curriculum design, through resource allocation and stakeholder engagement, to final deployment and post-implementation review.
This role demands a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all educational projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
