Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing educational policies, curricula, and practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, plan, and implement strategic educational projects and programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Draft detailed project proposals, action plans, budgets, and reports for various educational initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and consultations with educators, government officials, parents, and community leaders.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of educational projects, ensuring adherence to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on project outcomes, recommendations, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and technical support on educational planning and development matters.
- Stay abreast of national and international trends and innovations in education to inform strategic planning.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and capacity-building programs for educators and educational administrators.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational planning, project management, or policy development.
- Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and formulate evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Planning, or Development.
- Experience working with government agencies or international development organizations in the education sector.
