Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and technical setup.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for training participants, providing timely and accurate information regarding program details, registration, and general inquiries.
  • Support Training Officers in the development, review, and revision of training curricula, modules, and educational content.
  • Administer pre- and post-training assessments, collect feedback, and assist in the analysis of program effectiveness to inform future improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, participant attendance, and performance data.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of training initiatives.
  • Manage training resources and materials, ensuring they are current, accessible, and align with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to training program outcomes and impact.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training coordination, administrative support, or educational role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English and Swahili.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-graduate diploma or certification in Education, Project Management, or Adult Learning.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage small-scale projects or training initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Knowledge of local educational standards and regulations in Kenya.
