Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and stimulating activities.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Prepare nutritious and appetizing meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences, and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Administer medication reminders and assist clients with scheduling and attending medical appointments.
- Accompany clients on errands, social outings, and to appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or mood to the care coordinator and family members.
- Engage clients in recreational activities, hobbies, and gentle exercise to promote physical and mental well-being.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to listen and empathize.

- Ability to perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assist with personal care tasks.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
