Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured rotational program across various engineering departments, including R&D, Product Development, and Manufacturing.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of electrical systems, components, and products.
  • Assist senior engineers in circuit design, PCB layout, power management, and control systems implementation.
  • Conduct simulations, analyses, and prototyping to validate design concepts and ensure performance specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, project management) to integrate electrical systems into larger products.
  • Document design specifications, test procedures, and results thoroughly, adhering to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, proposing effective solutions and improvements.
  • Actively engage in mentorship sessions and professional development workshops provided within the Global Talent Program.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in electrical engineering.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in circuit analysis, electromagnetism, digital and analog electronics.
  • Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad) for schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications
