Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across various engineering departments, including R&D, Product Development, and Manufacturing.
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of electrical systems, components, and products.
- Assist senior engineers in circuit design, PCB layout, power management, and control systems implementation.
- Conduct simulations, analyses, and prototyping to validate design concepts and ensure performance specifications are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, project management) to integrate electrical systems into larger products.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and results thoroughly, adhering to engineering standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, proposing effective solutions and improvements.
- Actively engage in mentorship sessions and professional development workshops provided within the Global Talent Program.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in electrical engineering.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in circuit analysis, electromagnetism, digital and analog electronics.
