Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed electricians with various tasks on job sites, including pulling wire, installing fixtures, and preparing materials.
  • Learn and apply electrical safety procedures and regulations consistently.
  • Transport tools, equipment, and supplies to and from work areas.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including cleanup of debris and waste.
  • Observe and learn proper techniques for electrical installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Follow instructions diligently from senior electricians and project managers.
  • Perform basic wiring and installation tasks under direct supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop electrical skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
