Key Responsibilities

  • Safely dismantle electronic devices (e.g., computers, televisions, small appliances) using appropriate tools.
  • Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as required, with training provided.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, environmental regulations, and handling procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and accurate tracking of recycled materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize recycling processes and achieve daily targets.
  • Perform quality checks on sorted and dismantled materials to ensure proper segregation.
  • Load and unload materials from designated areas as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate sorting and identification of materials.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for dismantling tasks.
