Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their electronics needs and recommend suitable products.

- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing electronics department, including product display and signage.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments responsibly.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and technological advancements in the electronics industry.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
