Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the structured training program provided.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues in elevator systems under supervision.
- Assist experienced mechanics with the installation, repair, and modernization of elevators, escalators, and moving walks.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance checks and inspections as instructed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service reports.
- Develop a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Attend all required safety meetings and continuous education sessions.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working order and maintain a clean work environment.
