Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback received via email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding Fumba Town properties, amenities, services, and community guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., Sales, Property Management, Maintenance) to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to improve overall service quality and customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) for email response times.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and the development of knowledge base articles.
