Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Provide expert career counseling and guidance to job seekers, including resume optimization and interview coaching.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media.
  • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities that align with their profiles and client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share insights and foster a cohesive working environment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or career counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English (C1 level minimum).
  • Strong understanding of the German job market and employment legislation.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
