Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Provide expert career counseling and guidance to job seekers, including resume optimization and interview coaching.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement and onboarding.

Required Skills
