Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical assessments of engineering qualifications, academic credentials, and professional experience of international candidates against US industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to engineers on the most suitable skilled migration pathways (e.g., H-1B, EB-2, EB-3 Visas) based on their specific engineering discipline and career goals.
- Assist in the meticulous preparation and review of technical documentation, including résumés, project portfolios, academic transcripts, and professional references, ensuring accuracy and compliance for immigration applications.
- Act as a primary liaison between international engineers, immigration attorneys, and relevant regulatory bodies, facilitating clear communication and ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the application process.
- Continuously monitor and stay updated on changes in US immigration law, engineering licensure requirements, and evolving industry standards to provide the most current and accurate advice.

Required Skills
