Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior surveyors and engineers in daily field operations.
  • Handle, transport, and set up surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, levels) accurately and safely.
  • Clear vegetation and prepare survey sites as required to ensure clear lines of sight and access.
  • Take basic measurements and readings under supervision, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed field notes and data logs, assisting with data entry and organization.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Assist with the routine maintenance and basic calibration of survey equipment.
  • Learn and diligently apply fundamental surveying techniques, procedures, and calculations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the project lead or senior staff to support overall project success and team efficiency.
