Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root causes and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments for resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and stay updated on product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with international customers or in a multicultural environment.
