Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing effective contingency plans.
  • Communicate project status, progress, risks, and changes effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Manage client expectations and relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, documenting decisions and action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and is compliant with relevant company policies and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office (PMO).

Required Skills

  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven project management experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working in diverse environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a multinational company or with international clients.
  • Familiarity with UK business practices and regulations.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
