Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and success metrics to proactively identify opportunities for solution expansion and optimization.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales) to resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present performance data, demonstrate value, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, securing new revenue streams and extending existing contracts.
  • Monitor client health, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent churn.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on client feedback and market trends to influence product development and service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in enterprise client management, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
