Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, configure, and maintain ERP system modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define scope, and develop functional specifications.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and resolution for ERP system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, recommending and implementing solutions.
- Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and patch management.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Stay current with ERP best practices, new technologies, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
- Proficiency with major ERP systems such as SAP (ECC/S/4HANA), Oracle E-Business Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas like Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, or HR.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP system configuration, implementation, and support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
